We are quite used to the French haute cuisine and we enjoyed our dinner in Taillevent and L'Arpège, but it seems that the Chef of this typical French gourmet restaurant Etoile is certainly the best when it comes to fish. The turbot and the sole were absolutely delicious and prepared with mysterious but delightful ingredients.
